The Entertainer is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Supervisor to join their Lincoln store at St Marks Shopping Centre. This 30-hour position offers the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to take the next step in their retail management career.
As Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the team, and run the store independently when needed. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and store standards whilst coaching your team to reach their full potential.
